As most people know when you use any e-file tax service you must provide them with sensitive information. When I was researching and calling the different e-file tax services here in the middle east I found Khalid Alaboudi's business. Mr. Alaboudi was the first who made me comfortable in giving him my sensitive information; he was the first the mention his PTIN number authenticating that he was IRS e-file approved and walked me through how to use the vault - a secure way to upload sensitive information. Mr. Alaboudi also walked me through all steps needed to fill out my forms and even caught a few mistakes I had made along the way. He was easy to reach by phone, email, and whatsapp - and always responded within 24 hrs. I believe his pricing is fair; compared to the other companies I looked at - it was either on par with the others or slightly less. I would hands down recommend Mr. Alaboudi to anyone who need to process their US taxes.
